Terms & Conditions Of Prize Draws for Synergy Research Study
1. Competition is run by Painted Dog Research (ABN: 69 127 671 087).
2. Entry is open to all persons who complete the survey in full.
3. Competition operates under the Department of Racing, Gaming & Liquor’s Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987 – Permit for the Conduct of a Trade Lottery.
4. The prize is five $100 discounts off the next bill for residents and two $100 discounts off the next bill for businesses. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
5. Winners will be randomly drawn from all people that complete the survey during the period of July 2011.
6. The prizes will be drawn within one week of the survey period completion.
7. Winner(s) will be notified by telephone and their name and suburb will be published on Painted Dog’s website www.painteddog.com.au.The contact details of the winners will be forwarded to Synergy in order for the prize to be issued.
